Tragic Death of Sergio Rodríguez Rodríguez, President of Calipan, Coxcatlán

Tehuacán - After experiencing a sudden heart attack, Sergio Rodríguez Rodríguez, president of the auxiliary board of Calipan in Coxcatlán municipality, tragically passed away. This unfortunate incident occurred right after he had concluded the commemorative parade for the 213th anniversary of Independence Day where he began to feel unwell.

The authorities from Coxcatlán City Council confirmed this information through a statement in which they detailed that the official passed away on Saturday, September 16th.

Camerino Montalvo Montiel, mayor of Coxcatlán expressed his condolences to the family, friends and citizens of the subaltern community where he governed. He emphasized that losing such an extraordinary human being and close friend is a great loss for everyone. Montalvo Montiel highlighted Rodriguez's transformative vision and unwavering spirit as well as his moral integrity and constant dedication to the well-being of his community.

The inhabitants of the auxiliary board are shocked by this situation since they hadn't seen him during the parade without imagining that he was facing health issues. It is expected that his body will be mourned and subsequently buried within the next few hours.

Meanwhile, authorities will need to analyze who will lead the subaltern community for remaining duration of their administration so that they can continue with Rodriguez's unfinished work
